Youth group, mourns Isa Funtua, condoles with Buhari, others

A pressure group in the ruling All Progressives Congress, ‘APC Youth Movement and Development Forum (AYMDF)’ has expressed sadness on the passing away of a one-time minister and President Muhammadu Buhari’s political ally, Alhaji Isa Funtua who died of Cardiac arrest on Monday.

The group in a condolence message made available to newsmen and signed by its National Coordinator, Comrade Ahmed Suleiman on Tuesday stated they received the news with sadness.

In the condolence message, the group sympathized with President Buhari, the family of the deceased and APC family on the great loss adding that the former minister was known with simplicity and maturity in his political career.

“On behalf of APC Youth Movement and Development Forum, we sympathise with the family of Alh. Isah Funtua, President Mohammadu Buhari and Nigerians at large over the dead of Isah Funtua. May Allah grant him aljannatulfildausi”, the group stated.

Funtua, a business executive and astute politician will be buried today Tuesday in accordance to Islamic rites.
