Black lives matter: Biden protests as US Police shot another black man, Jacob Blake

DEMOCRATS candidate in the United States of America’s presidential election, Joe Biden has expressed grief over the shooting of another black man, Jacob Blake in the States not long after the gruesome murder of George Floyd.

Blake, a 29-year-old black American was on August 23 shot from behind seven times by a police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

According to report, Police were attempting to arrest Blake during a domestic dispute, during which Blake was resisted and wrestled briefly with officers.

Reacting to the ugly incident, Biden condemned the extra-judicial and arbitrary killing of the citizen over mere domestic dispute simply because the deceased is a black man.

He vowed to ensure that the culprits are brought to justice adding that human life is precious be it white or black adding that America has suddenly turned to knacker’s yard where black people are killed without restraints.

However, the Democrats flagbearer appealed to the public not to retaliate or express their grievances by violence but a peaceful protest.

“Once again, a Black man — Jacob Blake — was shot by the police. In front of his children. It makes me sick. Is this the country we want to be? Needless violence won’t heal us. We need to end the violence — and peacefully come together to demand justice”, Biden stated.
