PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday extolled the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyema for dedication to duty amid the outburst of the dreadful Covid-19 in the nation.
Buhari in his social media handle acknowledged that the minister was remarkably committed to the fight against the pandemic, attracting foreign supports to the course as well as boosting the economy.
“I wish Geoffrey Onyema speedy recovery from Covid-19. Nigeria is eternally grateful for his diligence in attracting international support to defeat the pandemic and boost the economy. He has been a tireless worker and strong pillar of our administration”, President Buhari stated.
Onyema tested positive during the weekend to the Coronavirus and has immediately proceeded for isolation to get adequate treatment and also prevent spreading the virus in the society in accordance to rules and regulations put in place by health experts.
