A Nigerian billionaire woman, Folorunso Alakija on Monday said that a leader must have skills to be able to impact positively on the society.

The second richest woman in Africa whose net worth according to Forbes is estimated at one billion dollars (US$1.0billion) in January 2020, in her tweeter account emphasized that a leader must be able to carry others along in achieving their goals.

“A leader is a visionary who successfully carries others along to achieve a particular goal, within a specific time frame. It is therefore, pertinent for a leader to have skills necessary to succeed. Some people are born to lead and others acquire the skills to lead”, she wrote in her tweet.

Alakija, a philantropist and member of the Organised Private Sector Coalition against Covid-19 is presently the richest woman in Nigeria, and involved in fashion, oil, real estate and printing businesses.
