FEDERAL government has released the names of its thirteen citizens who died as a result of some complications arising from the dreadful Coronavirus contagion in the United States of America and United Kingdom.
While the list revealed that seven of the deceased died in the United Kingdom including Mr. Kole Abayomi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the other six victims passed on in the United States of America.
The chairman of the Nigerians-in-Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa who disclosed this in her tweet on Thursday for the first time prayed for the souls of the departed to rest in peace and for the Lord to heal the world from the pandemics.
“May the souls of our brothers and sisters in Diaspora, who lost their lives to Covid-19 rest in peace. May the Lord heal the world”, she tweeted.
In her video released in honour of the deceased-victims via her Twitter on Thursday revealed the following names;

- Bode Ajanlekoko (United Kingdom)
- Adeola Onasanya (United Kingdom)
- Ugochukwu Erondu (United Kingdom)
- Chidinma Olajide (United Kingdom)
- Bassey Offiong (USA)
- Caleb Anya (USA)
- Mmaete Greg (USA)
- Akeem Adagun (USA)
- Laila Abubakar Ali (USA)
- Patricia Imobhio (USA)
