Not too far off, ideas will rule Nigeria – Moghalu

The Presidential candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in the last general elections, Kingsley Moghalu has expressed optimism that despite the prolonged mismanagement of the national resources by cabals that are bereft of ideas that the country will by divine providence, eventually be entrusted in proficient hands for giant strides.

Moghalu, who was a former Deputy-Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and presently, a Professor in International Business and Public Policy at the Tufts University, School of Law and Diplomacy made the remarks on Tuesday through his twitter stating that the nation is passing through its darkest moment at the moment, nonetheless enjoined citizens not to lose hope.

“One day, not too far off I hope, ideas will rule a Nigeria led by men and women of ideas. Leaders that read! And think deeply. We’ll be a modern, 21st century nation. Weeping will tarry for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Many have given up, but it’s always darkest before dawn”, Moghalu tweeted.
