Bishop Obiorah donates sixty cartons of hand sanitizers to Anambra Police Command

THE General Overseer, Life of Faith Gospel Assembly in Onitsha, Bishop Emmanuel Obiorah has donated sixty (60) cartons of hand sanitizers to Anambra State Police Command as part of his social responsibility to support the police in the fight against the spread of COVID -19 which has become a global pandemic.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Anambra State Police Command, SP Haruna Mohammed, disclosed this in a statement on Friday at Awka.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police (Administration), DCP Chris Owolabi who received the donation on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, CP John B. Abang thanked the cleric for exhibiting such sense of responsibility in remembering the police as encouragement to enable them discharge their duties effectively.

Owolabi also extended the appreciation of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu to the donor and assured him that the hand sanitizers would be judiciously distributed to all formations within the Command for use by all officers and men of the Command accordingly.

The cleric was represented by Dr. JPC Anyadiegwu, Managing Director, Emos Best Industries Limited.
