NASS postpones resumption of plenary

The National Assembly has shifted its resumption to Tuesday September 29.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Acting Clerk to the National Assembly, Ojo Olatunde Amos on Saturday.

could be recalled that, the House had earlier set September 15th for the resumption of activities after its long recess.

The statement reads: “This is to inform all distinguished Senators and Honourable members of the National Assembly, that the resumption of Plenary sessions earlier scheduled for Tuesday, 15th September 2020 is hereby rescheduled for Tuesday 29th September 2020.

“We regret any inconveniences caused by this change of date”.
