Soludo on fire at Ihiala

The Soludo Support Group popularly known as SSG on Saturday made a bold statement during the inauguration of Ihiala LGA Chapter of the group with a good support and turnout of the people.

The group which according to its Public Relations Officer, Comrade Emmanuel Oramalu, was formed to support political ambition of former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo to bring his vast experiences towards complementing good leadership Anambra state has progressively maintained since the three previous administration which began from Dr. Chris Ngige.

While noting that Covid-19 protocols were observed, the Convener who doubles as chairman of the group, Hon Chinedu Nwoye said that the people of Ihiala registered their solidarity to the project and assured that they would mount pressure on the former CBN boss to contest for the office of the governor as the incumbent, Willie Obiano is rounding off his second term in office.

“The official inauguration of Soludo Support Group, Ihiala LGA Chapter by the national Coordinator, Hon Chinedu Nwoye held. The entire wards were represented with large number of members. Many APGA stalwarts were present. TC chairman of Ogbaru LGA, Hon Arinze Awogu was there. And a host of many others.

“It was a great event as SSG moves on. All the people on ground are believers of Soludo”, Comrade Oramalu said.

Anambra has to a large extent enjoyed good leadership from the administration of Ngige down to successive administrations thereby making the state to reflect its slogan, ‘Light of the Nation’.

The next administration after Obiano’s tenure will either keep the momentum with a right, capable and proficient person or destroy it with a wrong choice. However, the choice remains to the people.
