CAMEROONIAN gospel artist and motivational leader, Zenobia Germoh popularly known as Germzenobia has admonished youths to develop themselves for productivity so as to be able to create a desired future.

In her social media handle, the gospel entertainer quoted a speech “there are no secret to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure” by Collin Powell.

Colin Luther Powell is an American politician, diplomat and retired four-star general who served as the 65th United States Secretary of State from 2001 to 2005. A member of the Republican Party, Powell was the first African-American Secretary of State.

Zenobia in the tweet stressed that true success often results from steadfastness and persistence, without conceding to a quitting spirit.

“All progress takes place outside your comfort zone. If you want success, starting creating success in your mind.

“What’s that one thing you can do today that will make everything else easier? Focus on that one thing. Not two things. Not three things. Just that one thing. That’s your life line to great success. Get on it now”, she tweeted.

Self-development is taking steps to better yourself, such as by learning new skills or overcoming bad habits. An example of self-development is taking courses at the university to learn new skills and interesting things.

Personal development covers activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations.
