Amuda-Kannike family holds memorial prayer for Patriarch in Ilorin

THE 2020-yearly memorial prayer for the patriarch of the Amuda-Kannike family, Alhaji Amuda-Kannike holds on Sunday June 21, 2020 at Isale-Kannike, Ojagboro Road, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Late Alhaji Amuda-Kannike, a devout Muslim passed on many years ago but remembered through a memorial prayer yearly by the family.

In a statement by one of his sons, Professor Abiodun Amuda-Kannike, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the family remembers their patriarch yearly on account of values, ideals and principles he inculcated in them while alive.

He is survived by Alhaji Saka Amuda-Kannike, a retired Permanent Secretary in Kwara State who is the most senior male child, followed by Professor Abiodun Amuda-Kannike (SAN); a Professor of law and Dean, Faculty of Law, Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, and then, Dr. Abubakar Amuda-Kannike, a former member of the House of Representatives, among other children.
