IPOB seeks divine intervention, others

A group, Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), has commenced a three-day fasting beginning from Wednesday (today) 27^th May to 29^th May.

In a statement by the group’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu, the action is to seek divine intervention on their struggle for actualization of Biafra adding that the group will do a sit-at-home on 30^th May as the grand finale.

“The sacrifice of our heroes will never be in vain. 27^th to 29^th May, we pray and fast, and on 30^th, we sit-at-home to remember them”, he stated.
